Terms of Service

1. Subscription Terms

Overclock offers a free trial (7 prompts) and a Pro subscription at €12/month or €120/year. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

2. BYOK Disclaimer

Overclock uses a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) model. You are responsible for all costs incurred through your Anthropic API key. Overclock does not mark up, subsidize, or otherwise modify API pricing. Any charges from Anthropic are solely between you and Anthropic, governed by Anthropic's terms of service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Share your account credentials or desktop auth tokens with others
• Use the service in a way that could harm, disable, or impair our infrastructure

4. Limitation of Liability

Overclock is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
